DORA is now in effect in Massillon, Ohio
The city of Massillon has officially started the long awaited DORA program, allowing patrons of specific downtown establishments to enjoy their alcoholic beverages in specified areas outside.

“The City of Massillon is Proud to Kick Off our Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area! DORA is NOW in Effect!
DORA is a useful tool for economic development in Massillon, serving as a great way to invite folks to our historic downtown to patronize and support our local businesses.”
